BISE Gujranwala (Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Gujranwala) started performing as a supervisory body in 1976 is responsible for conducting matriculation and intermediate examinations within the dominion. The areas under Gujranwala board jurisdiction are Gujranwala, Gujarat, Mandi Baha-ud-din, Hafiz Abad, and Narowal. BISE Gujranwala conducts matric and inter examinations for the candidates belonging to the schools and colleges of these areas.
