From Sony, we present to you now before the new Sony HDR-GW77V rugged camcorder that can be used with up to a depth of five meters under water. The new camcorder appears in a so-called rugged housing and further it is protected against shocks.
Regarding the technical aspects, there are other things, a 5.4-megapixel with Exmor R CMOS sensor with Sony G lens (10x optical zoom) was added, and a 3-inch LCD touch screen for operation. There is also 16GB of storage, a MicroSD card slot, and other interfaces for Micro-HDMI and USB 2.0 Micro-added. Videos can be recorded with the new camcorder with full HD (1920 x 1080 pixel resolution), with up to 60 frames per second. As the price about 600 to 700 € will be due and from 27 June is the camcorder in the first shops to be available.
